The INSPIRE geoportal of Poland (geoportal.gov.pl) includes comprehensive cultural heritage data within “Protected sites” theme. The National Heritage Board geoportal (mapy.zabytek.gov.pl/nid) provides an improved presentation of the country’s cultural heritage dataset. Current situation:a) all levels of implementation, from local to national, b) GIS technology included within the national information infrastructure, c) GIS applications publicly available, d) main fields of application: heritage management, archaeology, historic monuments conservation. |
