Atlasul Patrimoniului Cultural (atlas.patrimoines.culture.fr) este geoportalul Ministerului Culturii din Franţa. Este conectat cu geoportalul naţional INSPIRE (www.geoportail.fr) extinderea sa tematică fiind în curs de realizare. Situaţia actuală: a) toate nivelurile de implementare, de la local la naţional, b) tehnologia GIS este inclusă în cadrul infrastructurii informatice naţionale, c) există aplicaţii GIS publice, d) domenii de aplicare principale: administrarea patrimoniului, arheologie, urmărirea stării de conservare, modele 3D, integrare GIS şi BIM, monitorizare.
